Don’t just find your tribe. Create it.

Start a circle of soulful, creative women who support you and each other on their creative quests.

Circle of Magic hubs are small groups of 6-8 women who come together every month to support each other’s creative dreams.

It’s kinda like a book club, but in reverse: instead of reading stuff together, we make things and put them out in the world. Each circle is started by what we lovingly call a “Head Magician” and we have groups sprinkled around the planet from Seattle to Berlin.

Being held in the Circle

Gathering in the Circle of Magic helps us more deeply hear our own inner guide. We come to the Circle to be seen, held accountable, and feel connected to ourselves and each other. Oh, and also get our ideas off the ground! Here are some of the ways that gathering in the Circle different from other ways of getting together:

Accountability

In the circle, accountability is core. Your crew is in it with you and rooting for you, because you’re doing the same for them.

Witnessing

We listen deeply so we can see the whole person, without interjecting our own story. That intense, unencumbered kind of listening is rare in other places, but it's paramount in the Circle.

Mutual support

Each person gets time to share, and time to hold space for every other member of the group. This mutual sharing makes the whole group more sustainable, and is where the Circle derives its strength.

Become a Head Magician

The Head Magician squad is a program that helps you start and run a Circle of Magic hub in your area. We help you learn everything you need to know to set up and lead a circle alongside a small group of other inspiring women who are doing the same in other cities. Oh, and it’s completely free!

What’s Included in the Program

  • A comprehensive training

We’ll all come together on a couple of video calls to meet each other and learn together. We’ll gather to kick off at the start and check in one month later.

  • Affirmation partner

Each person will be paired with another Head Magician in a different city to make a deeper connection and form a friendship.

  • Guidebook + materials

You’ll get all of the Circle of Magic materials, including the guidebook, inspiration card deck, and our framework for holding space.

It’s for you if…

  • You’ve been struggling to get an idea off the ground and want a supportive group of accountability partners to finally make it happen.

  • You’re seeking a sense of real community, not just a collection of dispersed friendships.

  • You’re looking to go deeper and be more intentional with the people around you.

  • You want to turn your latent creative aspirations into a reality, and be joined by others doing the same.

  • And, girl, you’re ready to have fun.

What past Head Magicians say

“Co-leading a Circle of Magic has filled my cup in more ways thn one. Being part of the circle means that I hold myself accountable to be honest about my creative pursuits and blocks with a brilliant group of women. In turn, I get to offer them inspiration and affirmation. Bringing this group together and being real with them is exciting, empowering, and challenging.”

— Rachel, former Head Magician in DC

“In the Circle we are all leaders and all contribute so much to the space we share. My role as Head Magician is to organize and motivate us all to be accountable to our creative souls so that we can unlock the magic within all of us. ”

— Jenn, former Head Magician in Montreal

The commitment

Joining the Head Magician squad is totally free, but there is a bit of time involved. By signing up, you commit to about 3-ish hours a month for 6 months. Most of this time is spent leading your own circle, which typically meets once a month for a couple of hours (it’s a short amount of time that packs a punch, and we guarantee will pay in dividends!). In addition, you’ll join 2 one-hour video calls during the first and second month together.

We're on this earth to be connected.
